Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that the trip to Brentford on Saturday will be without Thiago Alcantara and injured Naby Keita, causing problems for the midfield. Where the option is tasty?

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that the trip to Brentford on Saturday

“It is not 100% clear when Thiago will return. It’s a calf muscle problem. Maybe after the international break – I don’t think I can revive before then, let’s wait and see,” said Klopp, referring to the game against Porto, the Champions League or Manchester City, the Spaniard. You’re definitely missing out

Keita has a foot injury, although it’s not serious, but it’s too weak to go south to London.

“Naby’s case was nothing serious. But in the following games he won’t be involved, or maybe longer than that.”

“Say it’s not serious but the players actually feel pain. Let’s wait and see how it can cope. Of course, it’s not cool when a player who puts his effort in pre-season well. Should have played longer and had to get hurt.”

“That can happen for the whole season and hopefully when they come back they can last the whole season. If you come out, it will be a blessing.”

As with senior midfield options, there will only be Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, James Milner and Curtis Jones, and they will all be used more or less depending on the situation.
